Our general MOQ is 3,000 pieces per style. Pricing is influenced by design complexity, order quantity, packaging, and total order value. As a reference, pricing typically starts around USD 2.00 per set at the standard MOQ.

MOQ and pricing may also be influenced by the minimum order quantities of specific components, as many brands prefer customized parts, which can result in a higher MOQ.

We offer multiple adhesive methods, including traditional glue, adhesive tabs (double-sided tape), and UV-cured glue.

A key strength of Senboma is that we manufacture our own adhesives in-house. This allows us to operate our own testing facilities, apply strict testing protocols, and ensure full compliance with global regulations. We can also customize adhesive formulations to meet individual customer standards and incorporate additional benefits as required.

We can provide full documentation, including MSDS, COA, and all relevant testing reports.

Our glue is an in-house formulation, tested to meet FDA and EU compliance. In addition to regulatory compliance, we conduct testing for microbiological safety, heavy metals, and banned substances.

Beyond ingredient testing, our in-house laboratory also performs performance testing on each production batch, ensuring consistency, durability, and reliability. Because we manufacture our own glue, we maintain full control over all raw materials and the final product.

All Senboma clients use our proprietary glue and do not source adhesives from external suppliers. This ensures consistent quality and reliable performance across all products. We can provide testing reports, MSDS for ingredients, and COA documentation upon request.

If you have any questions, please email sales@senboma.com.

Yes, we can provide samples.

For sample requests, sample fees apply to cover sample production, printing screens, and shipping costs. You may review the sample via photos before shipment. If an error occurs on our side, we will resample at no additional charge. However, if design changes are requested after approval, additional charges may apply.

If you have any questions, please email sales@senboma.com.

Yes. Customization is one of Senboma’s core strengths. We specialize in transforming nail artists’ or designers’ concepts into mass production.

As a vertically integrated company, we also own our paper printing facilities, allowing us to manage all necessary packaging processes in-house, including printing, foil application, and box gluing. This ensures consistent quality, flexibility, and brand accuracy.

You may provide your own designs, reference images, or screenshots. Our team can also offer feedback and suggestions before proceeding to sampling.

This depends on the country where you are selling. Regardless of whether press-on nails are classified as a cosmetic item, the nail glue is considered a cosmetic product. Therefore, all testing follows cosmetic protocols, including ingredient lists (chemical restrictions), heavy metal testing (both product and container), microbiological testing, CPSR for the EU, and TRA for the US. We can provide a full Product Information File upon request.

A vac tray is a plastic tray used to house the nail inside the packaging to prevent damage during transit and at the point of sale. Since each brand may have unique packaging requirements, a new mold may be necessary. The cost for creating a vac tray mold is a one-time fee of USD 130.

The glue will last more than one year before opening. After opening, it will last for approximately three months. You may notice the glue starting to dry after this period.

If the glue has not dried out, it is still usable. To check, gently press the glue tube:

  • If the tube is soft, the glue is still good.
  • If the tube is hard, the glue has dried out and should be replaced.

We primarily use a standard quality of plastic, ABS, for all our nails. However, we have the capability to adjust the material to meet specific customer requirements. For instance, we can soften the plastic or incorporate different additives to create new material properties, ensuring that the nails meet the desired flexibility, durability, and finish.

Senboma is a globally established OEM press-on nail manufacturer and a trend-driven company. Our factory is vertically integrated and highly automated, which significantly reduces manual labor and minimizes manufacturing errors, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

We are particularly strong in converting nail artists’ designs and market trends into scalable mass production. Our facility incorporates state-of-the-art, innovative manufacturing techniques designed to closely mimic the finish, structure, and durability of salon-quality nails.

Senboma is fully compliant with EU and US regulations, holds FDA and GMP certifications, and undergoes audits from international retailers. Ethical manufacturing, innovation, and quality control are core pillars of our operations.

If your nail bed turns green, it indicates bacterial growth caused by dirt and bacteria trapped in air bubbles under the glue. To prevent this, clean your finger with alcohol wipes, nail polish remover, or warm soapy water before application. Ensure there are no air bubbles by pressing the nail firmly from the cuticle to the tip.

Apply a small amount of nail polish remover between the false nail and your natural nail to dissolve the glue. Wait for about 3 to 5 minutes. Once the false nail loosens, gently pull it off. Do not pull off the press-on nail with force, as this may damage your natural nail.

If you find any defective items, please notify us ASAP. We have a standard operating procedure to identify the root cause and implement corrective actions. Each customer/brand’s quality standards are documented to prevent future occurrences.

Currently, our factory does not offer drop shipping services.

Senboma has full in-house capabilities to create custom nail shapes from scratch. Our factory is equipped with advanced molding machines, and we have a dedicated team of technical experts who specialize in creating nail shapes using CAD files and 3D printing. This ensures that we can develop unique shapes tailored specifically to your requirements.

Most of the popular nail shapes on the market are, in fact, created by Senboma. The process begins with your initial concept, which can be shared through drawings or reference images. We will then create a CAD design and a 3D-printed model for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with the molding process, which typically takes about 40 days and involves a mold cost of approximately USD 3,500.

If you have any questions, please email sales@senboma.com.

Please inform us as soon as possible when you receive a customer complaint. To help us investigate thoroughly, please send all available information, including pictures, the batch code, and the number of complaints. This allows us to identify the root cause accurately.

Senboma maintains production samples, enabling us to test or replicate the issue and determine what went wrong. Based on our experience, approximately 95% of complaints are related to misuse or not following instructions rather than manufacturing defects. Once identified, we will advise on the necessary corrective actions.

We currently do not offer payment terms. Senboma purchases raw materials on a cash or prepaid basis, which allows us to receive priority support from suppliers and maintain reliable production schedules. To avoid cash flow risks and production delays, we require the same level of support from our customers.

Your intellectual property is strictly protected. Senboma has well-documented internal procedures to safeguard customer designs, molds, packaging, and sales data. Access is limited to a small group of authorized personnel, including assigned sales staff, directors, and senior management. Other employees do not have access to customer-specific information.

Additionally, we expect our customers to maintain the same level of confidentiality. This means that designs, packaging, and samples provided by Senboma should not be shared with other suppliers to prevent unauthorized copying and ensure mutual trust.

The white powder does not affect the performance of the glue. It is caused by a chemical reaction when a small amount of glue evaporates and comes into contact with moisture in the air. The resulting byproduct appears as white powder.
To reduce this, a small ventilation hole can be added to the packaging so the powder can dissipate naturally.

Based on our experience, each brand or customer has unique requirements depending on their target market. We request this information to better understand your brand positioning and market needs, which allows us to provide more relevant product recommendations and more tailored support.

If you have any questions, please email sales@senboma.com.
